Object Renovation of a private villa
Client Private
Surface 700 sqm
Year 2019
Location  Hangzhou – China

In a quiet and green area of beautiful Hangzhou we have taken care of the whole interior renovation of an amazing villa including all the structural interiors works and the creation of a lower garden which allowed us to transform the basement of the villa in a regular room with a wide glass façade overlooking the garden.
The modern interior characterised by the use of marbles, terrazzo combined with herringbone wood floor,  and black decorated doors, are mixed with coloured stripes on the walls, wallpapers, and velvet furniture creating a cozy feeling in all the rooms.
Special details around the whole villa, such as “Nuvolette by Fornasetti” wallpaper placed on the ceiling of the TV room, long cabinet with a secret door covered with Ananbo jungle style wallpaper in the basement play room, and decorated marble floors in the bathroom.
The whole us has been furnished with customised furniture designed for this project, and with international brands imported by DLArchitecture for this project. In the dining room we played with colours mixing the cobalt blue on the wall with the brick red one of the Montera chairs from Poltrona Frau. The living room feature blue velvet armchairs from Meridiani, together with a gray sofa by Maxalto.
